[iThena] Long-term storage issue: LTO / Linear Tape-Open

There are some storage issues that arise. We are missing some LTO drive/streamer in the infrastructure.
An LTO3 or LTO4 drive would solve a lot of the long-term storage issues at this point.

If someone has an unused LTO3 or better LTO4 drive and could donate it, we would be very grateful
