Why is it that when I 'mark the forum read', that everything turns BLUE?

What browser are you using? Version?
I can't replicate it on Chrome Version 80.0.3987.87 (Official Build) (64-bit).

@Skillz, sorry, I am referring to just the circles to the left of the sub-section titles, with the 'words' scribbled in the middle. Red means new unread posts, blue means everything is read. I was just making a play on the words read and red, when read is blue.
But, firefox 75.0
