[GPUGrid] New donation system

We have updated the donation system provided by the university. It should work now and should be simpler than what was available before. If you want to donate go ahead at http://www.gpugrid.net/gpugrid_donations.php Put your userid or username in the name field so that we know and we can add the donor badge. gdf
